TERM STAY TARIF.
We understand that sometimes house hunting is best done from
a base as opposed to travelling the length and breadth of
France living out of suitcases, so we offer our gite to people
who need just that. All appliances etc. that are in place
for normal lets are included.
Please
note: The prices below are only available
out of season i.e. 1st November until 31st March.
The
prices are on a sliding scale and are not negotiable. Minimum
stay is 14 days.

The
price includes all bedding, towels, tea towels and initial
cleaning materials to get you started.
We
can offer two single beds or one double bed for no extra charge.
For
long term lets you receive a change of all bed linen every
7 days and towels/ tea towels of course.
Electricity, gas and water are included in these prices as
well as logs if you make use of the log burner. Firelighters
are not supplied.
A
travel iron and hairdryer are also provided free of charge.
Use
of the internet is available in our office for no charge.
We do make a small charge for any documents that you need
printing.
Washing
machine is available, washing powder is not supplied.
We
cannot accept pets for longer term bookings.

PAYMENT:
For
all longer term bookings we ask for two weeks payment as a
non refundable deposit. Thereafter we give you the flexibility
of paying weekly.
Payment
can be made by cash euros, Paypal, or sterling cheque drawn
on a UK bank account or euro cheque drawn on a French bank
account.
